Detiene el flujo mediante un componente conocido como disco. La v\u00e1lvula est\u00e1 fabricada con materiales de alta resistencia, como acero al carbono y acero inoxidable, lo que mejora su resistencia a altas presiones y temperaturas. Esta v\u00e1lvula se conecta a la tuber\u00eda de fluido mediante pernos y tuercas. Viene con bridas en los puertos de entrada y salida. Las bridas tienen orificios para sujetar los pernos. Este dise\u00f1o hace que la v\u00e1lvula sea muy resistente a la alta presi\u00f3n y tambi\u00e9n ayuda a evitar da\u00f1os por impacto de objetos que caen.<\/p>\n<p>El dise\u00f1o de estas v\u00e1lvulas provoca cambios en la direcci\u00f3n del flujo del fluido, lo que genera resistencia y, por tanto, ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, su dise\u00f1o tiene la ventaja de que su instalaci\u00f3n permite el paso del fluido a trav\u00e9s del asiento y contra el disco para evitar la acumulaci\u00f3n de suciedad y residuos. Brida <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/es\/globe-valve\/\">fabricantes de v\u00e1lvulas de globo<\/a> recomiendan estas v\u00e1lvulas para cerrar y estrangular el paso de fluidos, a diferencia de otras v\u00e1lvulas, como las de compuerta, dise\u00f1adas s\u00f3lo para cerrar. Contiene las bridas de los puertos de entrada y salida con orificios para los pernos que conectan la v\u00e1lvula a la tuber\u00eda. El cuerpo suele ser de material met\u00e1lico y grueso. La geometr\u00eda gruesa aumenta su capacidad para soportar la presi\u00f3n interna del fluido y proteger las piezas internas contra da\u00f1os por impacto.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_bonnet\"><\/span><strong><em>Bonete de v\u00e1lvula\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El bonete de la v\u00e1lvula suele montarse en la parte superior del cuerpo de la v\u00e1lvula. El bonete ayuda a sellar la presi\u00f3n interna del fluido contra la atm\u00f3sfera e impide la entrada de suciedad en la v\u00e1lvula. Tanto el cuerpo como el bonete est\u00e1n hechos del mismo material met\u00e1lico y se montan juntos mediante pernos y tuercas.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Handwheel\"><\/span><strong><em>Volante\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El volante es un actuador manual en el que el operador de la v\u00e1lvula aplica un par para arrancar o parar la v\u00e1lvula.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stem\"><\/span><strong><em>V\u00e1stago\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El v\u00e1stago es un eje roscado que conecta el volante al disco de la v\u00e1lvula. Se encarga de transmitir la potencia del volante\/actuador al disco de la v\u00e1lvula. Funciona convirtiendo el movimiento giratorio del volante en movimiento lineal en el disco, permitiendo que el disco se mueva hacia arriba y hacia abajo para abrir y cerrar el flujo de fluido respectivamente.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_disc\"><\/span><strong><em>Disco de v\u00e1lvula\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El disco de la v\u00e1lvula es el componente que inicia y detiene el flujo de fluido. El volante acciona el disco a trav\u00e9s del v\u00e1stago de la v\u00e1lvula. Existen tres dise\u00f1os de disco m\u00e1s comunes: discos de obturador, discos de bola y discos de composici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Seat\"><\/span><strong><em>Asiento\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El asiento es un componente donde encaja el disco de la v\u00e1lvula cuando detiene el flujo de fluido.
