Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette conception, la tige s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve lorsque la vanne est ouverte. Ainsi, ce type de vanne permet \u00e0 l'op\u00e9rateur de la vanne de savoir facilement quand ouvrir et fermer le passage du fluide. Il est \u00e9galement facile de lubrifier la tige de la vanne une fois qu'elle s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve au-dessus du chapeau de la vanne. La tige est usin\u00e9e avec des vis, ce qui facilite sa rotation lorsqu'elle se d\u00e9place vers le haut ou vers le bas. Une garniture est plac\u00e9e entre la tige et le chapeau pour emp\u00eacher les fuites de fluide et l'entr\u00e9e de contaminants dans la vanne. La garniture est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement remplac\u00e9e au bout d'un certain temps, car elle s'use en raison des mouvements de la tige vers le haut et vers le bas. Ainsi, la tige tourne lorsque le disque de coin monte et descend \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la vanne. Les fabricants de robinets-vannes \u00e0 coin recommandent l'utilisation de ces robinets lorsque l'espace est limit\u00e9, car ils n'occupent pas beaucoup d'espace d'installation, contrairement aux robinets \u00e0 tige montante. Les actionneurs \u00e9lectriques sont des dispositifs qui cr\u00e9ent un mouvement \u00e0 l'aide d'un moteur \u00e9lectrique. Le moteur fonctionne en convertissant l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique en \u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique. L'\u00e9nergie m\u00e9canique est responsable de la force n\u00e9cessaire pour faire fonctionner la vanne \u00e0 coin. <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/gate-valve\/\">vanne \u00e0 opercule<\/a>. Les actionneurs \u00e9lectriques sont plus faciles \u00e0 int\u00e9grer dans le robinet-vanne \u00e0 coin que les actionneurs pneumatiques ou hydrauliques. Ces actionneurs sont \u00e9galement programm\u00e9s, ce qui facilite l'automatisation de la vanne, n\u00e9cessaire pour la plupart des applications industrielles. Ces vannes sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s s\u00fbres et pratiques, car elles ne sont pas susceptibles de provoquer des contaminations ou des fuites, comme c'est le cas pour les vannes \u00e0 commande hydraulique. Ces vannes sont donc consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme plus s\u00fbres et plus propres, en particulier dans les industries pharmaceutiques et alimentaires o\u00f9 des niveaux d'hygi\u00e8ne \u00e9lev\u00e9s sont exig\u00e9s. L'\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique fournit la force n\u00e9cessaire pour tourner la tige de la vanne afin que le disque de la vanne puisse ouvrir ou fermer le passage du fluide. L'actionneur fonctionne en comprimant le gaz ou l'air \u00e0 des niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la pression atmosph\u00e9rique. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'air comprim\u00e9, l'actionneur cr\u00e9e un mouvement rotatif contr\u00f4l\u00e9 qui est ensuite dirig\u00e9 vers la tige de la vanne pour la faire fonctionner. L'air utilis\u00e9 dans l'actionneur est filtr\u00e9 avant d'\u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour s'assurer qu'il est exempt de contaminants et de solides. Ces vannes sont tr\u00e8s fiables et s\u00fbres.
