Il arr\u00eate le flux \u00e0 l'aide d'un composant appel\u00e9 disque. La vanne est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants tels que l'acier au carbone et l'acier inoxydable, ce qui renforce sa r\u00e9sistance aux pressions et temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cette vanne est raccord\u00e9e \u00e0 la tuyauterie du fluide \u00e0 l'aide de boulons et d'\u00e9crous. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de brides sur les ports d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie. Les brides sont dot\u00e9es de trous pour accueillir les boulons. Cette conception rend la soupape tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 la haute pression et contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les dommages caus\u00e9s par les chutes d'objets.<\/p>\n<p>La conception de ces vannes modifie la direction de l'\u00e9coulement du fluide, ce qui entra\u00eene une r\u00e9sistance et, par cons\u00e9quent, une perte de charge. Toutefois, leur conception pr\u00e9sente l'avantage de permettre l'installation d'un \u00e9coulement de fluide \u00e0 travers le si\u00e8ge et contre le disque afin d'\u00e9viter l'accumulation de salet\u00e9s et de d\u00e9bris. Bride <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/globe-valve\/\">fabricants de robinets \u00e0 soupape<\/a> recommandent ces vannes pour la fermeture et l'\u00e9tranglement du d\u00e9bit de fluide, contrairement \u00e0 d'autres vannes telles que les vannes \u00e0 guillotine, con\u00e7ues uniquement pour la fermeture. Il contient les brides des orifices d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie avec des trous pour les boulons qui relient le robinet \u00e0 la conduite. Le corps est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement constitu\u00e9 d'un mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique et il est \u00e9pais. La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie \u00e9paisse am\u00e9liore sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la pression interne du fluide et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les pi\u00e8ces internes contre les dommages caus\u00e9s par les chocs.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_bonnet\"><\/span><strong><em>Chapeau de vanne\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le chapeau du robinet est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mont\u00e9 sur le dessus du corps du robinet. Le chapeau permet d'assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la pression interne du fluide par rapport \u00e0 l'atmosph\u00e8re et d'emp\u00eacher l'entr\u00e9e de salet\u00e9s dans la vanne. Le corps et le chapeau sont fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique et mont\u00e9s ensemble \u00e0 l'aide de boulons et d'\u00e9crous.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Handwheel\"><\/span><strong><em>Roue \u00e0 main\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le volant est un actionneur manuel sur lequel l'op\u00e9rateur de la vanne applique un couple pour d\u00e9marrer ou arr\u00eater la vanne.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stem\"><\/span><strong><em>Tige\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La tige est un arbre filet\u00e9 qui relie le volant au disque du robinet. Elle est responsable de la transmission de l'\u00e9nergie du volant\/de l'actionneur au disque de la vanne. Elle fonctionne en convertissant le mouvement rotatif du volant en mouvement lin\u00e9aire sur le disque, ce qui permet au disque de se d\u00e9placer vers le haut et vers le bas pour ouvrir et fermer le passage du fluide respectivement.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_disc\"><\/span><strong><em>Disque de soupape\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le disque de la valve est le composant qui d\u00e9marre et arr\u00eate le flux de fluide. Le volant actionne le disque par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la tige du robinet. Les trois types de disques les plus courants sont les disques \u00e0 clapet, les disques \u00e0 bille et les disques de composition.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Seat\"><\/span><strong><em>Si\u00e8ge\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le si\u00e8ge est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment dans lequel le disque de la soupape s'ins\u00e8re lorsqu'il arr\u00eate l'\u00e9coulement du fluide. Il permet d'assurer une parfaite \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre le disque et le corps de la valve afin d'\u00e9viter tout \u00e9coulement de fluide ou toute fuite lorsque la valve est ferm\u00e9e. <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/flange-globe-valve\/\">Robinet \u00e0 soupape \u00e0 bride<\/a> Les fabricants con\u00e7oivent les si\u00e8ges int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le corps du robinet ou viss\u00e9s dans le corps sous forme d'anneaux. D'autres mod\u00e8les de vannes ont des si\u00e8ges arri\u00e8re sur le chapeau pour assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre la tige et le chapeau et emp\u00eacher ainsi toute fuite.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Packing\"><\/span><strong><em>Emballage\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La garniture est un composant dynamique qui assure l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la tige afin d'emp\u00eacher les fuites de fluide de la soupape.
