Ce robinet est raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 la conduite \u00e0 l'aide de boulons et d'\u00e9crous ou par soudage. Ces deux m\u00e9thodes permettent d'obtenir un joint tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistant entre la vanne et la conduite, ce qui permet un \u00e9coulement des fluides sans fuite. La vanne fonctionne \u00e0 l'aide d'un composant appel\u00e9 disque. Le disque se d\u00e9place vers le haut et vers le bas pour d\u00e9marrer et arr\u00eater l'\u00e9coulement du fluide. <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/high-pressure-gate-valve\/\">Vanne \u00e0 haute pression<\/a> Les fabricants fabriquent cette soupape \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance tels que l'acier inoxydable et l'acier au carbone. Ces mat\u00e9riaux ont un point de fusion \u00e9lev\u00e9, ce qui permet \u00e0 la soupape de fonctionner confortablement \u00e0 des pressions et des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Le robinet est actionn\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un volant manuel. Elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre actionn\u00e9e par des actionneurs \u00e9lectriques, pneumatiques et hydrauliques. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux applications d'arr\u00eat. Lorsqu'il est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9trangler le d\u00e9bit, le disque du robinet s'use rapidement ou est endommag\u00e9 par la haute pression. Il peut s'agir d'un volant manuel ou d'un actionneur \u00e9lectrique, pneumatique ou hydraulique. Le volant manuel est l'endroit o\u00f9 l'op\u00e9rateur de la vanne applique une force pour ouvrir ou fermer la vanne. L'actionneur \u00e9lectrique utilise un moteur \u00e9lectrique pour fonctionner. L'actionneur pneumatique utilise de l'air comprim\u00e9, tandis que l'actionneur hydraulique utilise un fluide hydraulique.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stemshaft\"><\/span><strong><em>Tige\/arbre\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La tige, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e arbre, est un composant m\u00e9tallique qui relie l'actionneur de la vanne au disque. Elle transmet l'\u00e9nergie de l'actionneur au disque. Haute pression <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/gate-valve\/\">fabricants de robinets-vannes<\/a> concevoir la tige de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'elle soit montante ou non montante. La tige montante s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve au-dessus de la vanne lorsque celle-ci est mise en marche. Elle pr\u00e9sente l'avantage d'informer l'op\u00e9rateur lorsque la vanne est compl\u00e8tement ouverte. La tige non montante ne s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve pas au-dessus de la vanne et est donc con\u00e7ue avec un indicateur qui aide l'op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 savoir quand fermer ou ouvrir la vanne.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_disc\"><\/span><strong><em>Disque de soupape\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le disque de la vanne, ou l'opercule, arr\u00eate ou d\u00e9marre l'\u00e9coulement du fluide. Il re\u00e7oit l'\u00e9nergie de fermeture\/ouverture de l'actionneur de la vanne par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la tige.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Seats\"><\/span><strong><em>Si\u00e8ges\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les si\u00e8ges sont des composants qui cr\u00e9ent une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 parfaite entre le corps et le disque de la soupape lorsque le disque ferme le d\u00e9bit pour \u00e9viter les fuites. La soupape utilise deux si\u00e8ges int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le corps de la soupape.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_body\"><\/span><strong><em>Corps de vanne\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le corps de valve est un composant robuste qui recouvre les si\u00e8ges et les disques de valve. Il permet \u00e9galement d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9ifier le fluide interne contre la pression atmosph\u00e9rique afin d'\u00e9viter toute perte de pression ou fuite. Selon le type de connexion entre la vanne et la tuyauterie, le corps de vanne est muni d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 souder ou de brides. Un corps de vanne \u00e0 brides est raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 la tuyauterie \u00e0 l'aide de boulons et d'\u00e9crous. Un robinet raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 la tuyauterie par la m\u00e9thode de soudage est muni d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u00e0 souder.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bonnet\"><\/span><strong><em>Bonnet\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le chapeau est un composant qui est mont\u00e9 sur le dessus du corps de la vanne. Le chapeau et le corps sont fabriqu\u00e9s dans le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau m\u00e9tallique. Le chapeau assure l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l'int\u00e9rieur de la soupape contre les pertes de pression et emp\u00eache les fuites de fluide et la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de salet\u00e9s. Haute pression <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/gate-valve\/\">vanne \u00e0 opercule<\/a> les fabricants relient le capot au corps \u00e0 l'aide de boulons ou de joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 pression.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Packing\"><\/span><strong><em>Emballage\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La garniture est utilis\u00e9e pour sceller la pression entre la tige de la vanne et le chapeau. Elle garantit \u00e9galement que le fluide ne fuit pas par la tige.
