La construction du robinet fait appel \u00e0 des mat\u00e9riaux tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants et \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de fabrication fiables telles que le forgeage et le moulage. Les robinets \u00e0 soupape haute pression <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/globe-valve\/\">fabricants de robinets \u00e0 soupape<\/a> fabrique ces soupapes en utilisant des mat\u00e9riaux tels que la fonte ductile, l'acier au carbone et l'acier inoxydable. Ces mat\u00e9riaux poss\u00e8dent de bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques et m\u00e9caniques, ce qui rend la soupape adapt\u00e9e aux applications \u00e0 haute pression et \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. La soupape fonctionne \u00e0 l'aide d'un composant appel\u00e9 disque qui ferme et ouvre le passage du fluide selon les besoins. Ces vannes sont id\u00e9ales pour les applications de fermeture et d'\u00e9tranglement. La conception m\u00e9canique de ces vannes les rend sujettes \u00e0 des pertes de charge \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Le fonctionnement de la vanne s'effectue \u00e0 l'aide d'un volant manuel ou d'actionneurs. D'autres vannes fonctionnent \u00e0 l'aide d'un actionneur \u00e9lectrique et pneumatique. Le choix de l'actionneur d\u00e9pend de plusieurs facteurs, parmi lesquels les exigences de l'industrie, les connaissances en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9paration et les exigences en mati\u00e8re de couple. Le r\u00f4le de l'actionneur\/volant \u00e0 main est de fournir le couple n\u00e9cessaire pour actionner la vanne afin d'autoriser ou de fermer le passage du fluide. L'op\u00e9rateur applique un couple sur le volant pour faire fonctionner les vannes manuelles.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stem\"><\/span><strong><em>Tige\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La tige est un arbre qui relie le volant ou l'actionneur au disque de la vanne. Comme dans d'autres machines m\u00e9caniques, la tige\/l'arbre transmet le couple du volant au disque de la vanne. Elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 transformer le mouvement rotatif du volant en mouvement lin\u00e9aire. La tige est dot\u00e9e de filets qui am\u00e9liorent le mouvement lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 partir du mouvement rotatif.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Valve_disc\"><\/span><strong><em>Disque de soupape\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le disque de la valve est un composant qui contr\u00f4le le d\u00e9bit du fluide \u00e0 travers la valve. Il re\u00e7oit l'\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire pour contr\u00f4ler le d\u00e9bit du fluide du volant \u00e0 travers la tige de la valve. Le choix du mat\u00e9riau du disque d\u00e9termine le type de fluide que la vanne peut contr\u00f4ler. Certains liquides \u00e9tant corrosifs, le disque doit \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 dans un mat\u00e9riau r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion, tel que l'acier inoxydable.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Seats\"><\/span><strong><em>Si\u00e8ges\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cette soupape comporte deux si\u00e8ges. Le si\u00e8ge est un composant qui aide le disque \u00e0 sceller l'\u00e9coulement du fluide et les fuites lorsque la valve est ferm\u00e9e. Les si\u00e8ges peuvent \u00eatre viss\u00e9s ou int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au corps de la valve. D'autres soupapes ont des si\u00e8ges arri\u00e8re sur le chapeau de la soupape. Les si\u00e8ges arri\u00e8re contribuent \u00e0 renforcer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 entre la tige et le chapeau afin d'emp\u00eacher l'accumulation de pression contre la garniture de la soupape.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Body\"><\/span><strong><em>Corps\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le corps est un composant externe qui recouvre les parties internes de la soupape. Il contient \u00e9galement les orifices d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie de la soupape. Le corps est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9pais afin de garantir sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une pression de fluide \u00e9lev\u00e9e et de prot\u00e9ger les pi\u00e8ces internes contre les dommages dus aux chocs. Le corps est dot\u00e9 de brides avec des trous qui permettent de le raccorder \u00e0 la tuyauterie \u00e0 l'aide de boulons et d'\u00e9crous.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bonnet\"><\/span><strong><em>Bonnet\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Le chapeau est un autre composant ext\u00e9rieur mont\u00e9 sur le dessus du corps de la valve. Le chapeau permet de contenir les pi\u00e8ces int\u00e9rieures sup\u00e9rieures et de sceller les fuites de fluide. Haute pression <a href=\"https:\/\/ntgdvalve.com\/fr\/globe-valve\/\">robinet \u00e0 soupape<\/a> les fabricants relient le corps et le capot \u00e0 l'aide de boulons ou de joints \u00e0 pression.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gland_packing\"><\/span><strong><em>Garniture de presse-\u00e9toupe\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La garniture de presse-\u00e9toupe est un composant qui utilise des joints entre la tige et le chapeau pour emp\u00eacher les fuites de fluide.
